Yoga is the art of wellbeing, a life enhancing discipline! It is a very personal experience.
I love taking the time to introduce people to yoga as much as I enjoy deepening the practice of more experienced or intermediate students. I like "crafting" unique yoga sessions as we all are an unique mix of different body types, body history, habits, life story, choices, and even our energy is different every day! So my intereste I support my students to develop their own personal practice within a frame of self-respect and sensible alignments.
Please note that the one to one classes are part of a 4 sessions program, however we can have a "taster session"

4 SESSIONS PROGRAM:
. 75 minutes each session (4 individual sessions, or 2 long sessions)
.1st session 90 minutes
.1 or 2 people
. 2 months to take the sessions
. Possibilty to take a first trial session in a special conditions
* Special arrangements can be made if you wish take the class in Barcelona
